Hello, I’m Valerie Ngolle, and I’m so glad our paths have crossed! My journey has been anything but ordinary — from growing up in the Colorado Rockies to spending three decades in tropical Africa. Living abroad opened my eyes to the beauty of diversity and gave me a deep appreciation for the many ways people create “home.”
Now proudly based in Tampa, I bring that same global perspective and heartfelt connection to my real estate career. Whether guiding first-time buyers, helping international clients adjust to life in the U.S., or supporting longtime Floridians ready for their next chapter, I approach every client with patience, cultural sensitivity, and genuine care.
As an Accredited Buyer’s Agent (ABR) and At Home With Diversity certified professional, I’m passionate about helping people navigate one of life’s biggest transitions with confidence and ease. A favorite review from a first-time buyer sums up what I value most:
“By the time our home-buying experience was over, Valerie had become family.”
Beyond real estate, I’m the founder of BadAss Ladies Over 60, an empowering lifestyle community for women embracing reinvention, vitality, and connection in the second act of life. Through videos, events, and shared wisdom, we remind one another that it’s never too late to be bold, curious, and joyful. (You can view my short video introduction to the movement [here].)
When I’m not helping clients or connecting with my community, you’ll likely find me playing alto sax in the Eastern Hillsborough Community Band, cycling along Tampa’s trails, or relaxing with yoga by the water.
Global heart. Local expertise. Real relationships.
